The Skinny Pancake is right up there with being one of the best breakfast spots in Stowe! I HIGHLY recommend checking this place out, specifically if you love crepes: that’s what this restaurant is known for! We have been here multiple times (and other locations) and have always been very happy with our meal. You just order at the counter and the food comes out very fast - it’s perfect if you’re just wanting a quick breakfast before you head out for the day and explore Stowe/Smuggs/Waterbury or beyond! It really doesn’t matter if you choose a sweet or savory crepe - we’ve had both and they’re always excellent. And they even have gluten-free crepes as well, which is awesome! Our favorites are the Hot Apple Crumble, Blueberry Pie, Lovemaker (add strawberries as well), Johnny Crepe, K-Pop, and Apple and Brie! All in all, fantastic little restaurant, and one you definitely need on your list next time you’re in Stowe!

Husband and I came here for breakfast while on vacation in Stowe. The service was super fast and staff was very friendly. Our crepes were delicious and the lemonade was perfectly tart. We will come back again before we leave!

I will admit, I miss McCarthy's so I may be a bit biased. Atmosphere is very open, clean and staff is friendly. The layout is well done. The service model takes a bit to get used to. You first have to get a table, then you can either order from phone or go up to counter. Water is self serve. So for large family can be a bit of an inconvenience. The food came out very quickly by staff and looked great. Crepes were very tasty. One thing I was not happy about was the bacon, 3 pieces of bacon for 4.50. Where as a side on homefries was 6.50 and more than plentiful for two to share. Kids loved all the different crepes

Best breakfast in Auburn, Vermont at Stowe skinny pancake the service excellent super friendly when they tell you it’s gonna be an hour wait just sit down and enjoy the coffee because you will not regret it

We were looking for a breakfast place in Stowe around noontime and most of the places were already done serving breakfast. We kind of stumbled upon The Skinny Pancake while on our drive to town and called to see if they had gluten free options and were so excited to find out they did for our daughter with celiac. Upon entering you can instantly feel the Vermont warmth and style with the exposed wood, fresh made coffee from Artisan brand and smell of fresh crepes. The service was friendly and the crepes were delicious! My daughter loved her gluten free Chocolate Hazelnut crepe and asked to come back again! The vegetable crepe was so tasty and flavorful. Highly recommend this place!

I had the Noah's Ark and it was great! Eggs were cooked well, and the crepes were outstanding. Overall, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating! Shawn is doing a great job as the new GM of this location.

We had a great experience at Skinny Pancake; delicious food, great service, good atmosphere and Shawn is a FANTASTIC General Manager -- coming over to the table, welcoming us and asking if everything was tobour satisfaction. Just a small, personal touch that made us feel valued as customers. (And, no ... we are not related to him -- ha! ha!) Highly recommend !!!!
